At The Wessex Christian Centre, we passionately believe in
the importance of preaching God's Word;
by it, we are encouraged, strengthened, corrected & changed.
For many years, the ministry of our Pastor - Brian Downward, has been heard around the UK and The World and while Pastor Brian no longer travels as much as he used to, his ministry is still available for anyone to hear wherever they may be in situated. His messages are used in Churches, house groups, privately and by Pastors and leaders in different Nations, to uplift, teach, challenge and instruct.
Pastor Brian has expounded many books of the Bible verse by verse and believes in the power of consecutive exposition to deliver a Word from God at the right time. Many of his ministry series are available on CD and DVD, with just a few of the older collections on CD only.
Julian Downward, Pastor Brian's son, has been expounding the book of Exodus in the same consecutive way his Father does and this series is also available on CD & DVD as well as a number of 'one off' messages from a variety of books.

We have several Pastors who frequently minister at WCC and their ministry is also available to buy. Bob Smith (Basingstoke), Tony Wilson (Salisbury), Miles Witherford (Hockley), Mark Starbuck (Southampton), Tim Leech (Congleton), Bruno Kondabeka (Chichester), Geoff Malan (Africa / India) & Simeon Oladokun (London) are examples of this.
